Kilowatt 9th Anniversary Hazy IPA
- 6.9% abv – Three types of hop products were used to make this double dry hopped Hazy IPA extra juicy! Brewed with Pilsner and oat malts and Hopped with Azzaca, Azzaca highly concentrated lupulin Hop Hash, Azzaca hop Extract, Citra, Citra highly concentrated lupulin Hop Hash, and Galaxy hops. Flavors of Stonefruit (peach), Citrus (orange, Lemon) with hints of tropical fruits like passionfruit, guava and mango.
Pannikin Coffee Bourbon Barrel-Aged Double Chocolate Macadamia Stout
- 9% abv -A blend of bourbon barrel aged and un-aged imperial stout finished with Pannikin Coffee’s classic blend “Blue Sky.” A shade grown, fair trade coffee with a gentle dark roast. Adding a spicy, fuller sweet and richly aromatic coffee flavor to our barrel aged blend.
Tan Piña
- 4.8% abv – Our Strawberry Blonde brewed with tamarindo and a splash of pineapple.
Kumquat & Sugar Cane Barrel-Aged S3-2X Sour
- 6.5% abv – Our Red Wine Barrel-Aged S3-2X Imperial Sour blended with fresh pressed sugar cane juice and kumquats sour finished with fresh pressed sugar cane juice and Kumquats. The sugar cane juice adds sweet and earthy funkiness to the beer while the Kumquats add a bright citrusy finish.
Korean Melon Barrel-Aged S3-2X Sour
- 6.5% abv – Our Red Wine Barrel-Aged S3-2X Imperial Sour finished with hand-cut Korean Melons. (also known as Chamoe in South Korea) giving the funky barrel aged sour a delicate floral, sweet and fresh flavor.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Tiempo
- 12.2% abv – Bourbon Barrel-Aged Double Chocolate Macadamia Stout blended with strawberries, peanut butter, Mexican chocolate, coconut, and vanilla
S3-2X – Fruit Smoothie
- 6.5% abv – A kettle sour ale brewed with a blend of strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and vanilla.
Watermelon Lime Tajin Gose
- 6% abv – Gose brewed with hand-juiced watermelon, lime, and tajin. Light and refreshing with a little spicy kick!
California Craft Brewers Association 2024 Collaboration IPA
- 6.7% abv – West Coast style IPA hopped with Cashmere, Vic Secret, and Galaxy hops. Bitterness is balanced with a moderately dry, floral, and fruity finish including notes of stone fruit, pineapple, citrus, and pine. One of 2 San Diego breweries participating in the collaboration.
Barrel Aged S3-2X – Sugar Cane & Kumquat – 6.5% abv – Our barrel aged sour finished with fresh pressed sugar cane juice and Kumquats. The sugar cane juice adds sweet and earthy funkiness to the beer while the Kumquats add a bright citrusy finish.
