Barrel Aged 163 Imperial Stout in Syrah Barrel w/ cocoa nibs, vanilla, tart cherries. 9.5% ABV This beer comes from deep within our archives, brewed in 2017 and aged in a single Syrah wine barrel since, we added cocoa nibs, vanilla, & tart cherries directly to the beer, but otherwise have kept the beer unblended and in its raw state out of the barrel.

Hazezoose Hazy IPA w/ Buddha’s Hand Citron & Lemon Grass 6.9% Kilowatt’s signature Hazy IPA get’s the ZEN treatment with the seasonally available exotic fruit Buddha’s Hand from North East India along with lemon grass to create unique citrus, lemon, grapefruit & grassy notes. Super limited yummy quantities of this characterful, unusual beer will quickly disappear in happy tummies and we hope one of those is yours!

Lambic Style Barrel Aged Bretted Sour in French Oak Red Wine Barrels w/ Jasmine Flowers, Black Goji Berries, & Chrysanthemum 6% ABV We’ve saved the most WILD beer for the last day of California Craft Beer Week!! And it’s also our first barrel aged beer from our Oceanside location! Aged for 15 months three blocks from the Pacific, we let the ocean breeze and marine layer naturally temperature control the barrel ageing process which produced a crisp super “clean” brett character, light oak, with complex berry & botanical notes.
